Marlin No. 25-S .22 Short & C.B. Caps Pump Action Rifle
The Model 25 & 25-S were produced between 1909 and 1910.
They had a short lived production due to the fact that it could only shoot the .22 short or CB caps cartridges.
Since it could not shoot the long or long rifle cartridges like the Model 20's,
people did not buy very many of the Model 25 or 25-S.
Slide-action chambered for .22 Short only. Not a commercial success. Octagonal barrel; open sights.
Has an exposed hammer, tubular magazine and straight walnut stock. Finish is blued. Manufactured in 1909 and 1910.
