    Manufactured in 1956-7. .243 Lever. Rifle is in great used condition. Very rare. A few minor dings and chaffing on the stock, the barrel is extremely clean. No rust. Currently set up for LH safety - I understand it can be changed easily.

    Is the bottom pic showing a wood chip repair next to the tang?

    No - that's just poor lighting/picture angle. There are no chips/repairs in the tang area of the stock.
