I have never done a 3 gun match but I have always wanted to. I have gear for USPSA matches, but what would I need (equipment wise) to run this event? I have a shotgun and an ar15.

Yep, shotgun and an AR plus your pistol. It looks like this match will be 100rd rifle, 100 pistol and 50 shotgun, but always bring more. The link above has some contact info also.
