A few years back, a loon with a serious but unspecified grudge converted a fire extinguisher into a flame-thrower, and used it on a classroom full of kids in the Belfast grade school. Thankfully nobody died, but a few kids were burnt badly.

It is the intent that matters, not the tool used to commit the crime.

A can of hair spray and a cigarette lighter could do the same amount of damage, or a garden spray filled with acid.
