Magpul AFG 1 on M-LOK rail?

Went to the gun shop looking for a magpul adapter that would give me a flush fit for my new 300 blk upper w/ mlok rail system after researching online. Dude sold me a 5 inch mlok rail section. Installed it and theres about a quarter inch of daylight between the afg1 and the rail. What do I need to get it to mount flush to the rail?? Pretty sure dude sold me the wrong part. I thought theres an adapter specifically for the AFG1 to mount flush to my mlok rail. Haaalp plz!

I think it's just how they are. I definitely don't see how to close it up.

Upon review of magpuls always fun website, I think you need to pop for a new afg. Ditch the rail grabber and plunk down on an Mlok version.

Way too many excellent M-Lok options to justify bastardizing with a pic rail, IMO.
