I'm gonna have to order up some of those brownells mags. I have some that I tacked onto an order on a whim and really like them. Being different it makes it easy to spot my mags at the range amongst the sea of my buddies' pmags. Plus the donation to help my neighbors to the north doesn't hurt either.

I used to have the standard 30rd colt mags. I can't imagine they're any different. It's a pretty simple body design and they're made using magpul follower.

"standard capacity" can be a slippery slope phrase. As Andy pointed out years ago, some M16s and their family have been issued with 20 round mags as standard despite accepting larger.
