Took me about 4 hours from measuring and cutting to sewing it together.
Looks like an updated Interim Small Arms Protective Overvest (ISAPO) in black.
3 USGI mags, 2x 10x12 3A Midwest Armor current production soft panels, 2x 10x12 expired but decent condition LBA International NIJ 04 Level 3+ Special Threat SS109 In Conjunction With, plates, and the empty carrier
