M14/M1A Sight tool

Does anyone in Vancouver/Portland have a Springfield M14/M1A sight tool. I need to remove the castle nut (yes i removed the set screw) and install a flash hider for a sig suppressor.
I just need to break the torque down, it should thread off easily after that. I only need it for 30 secounds.

I'm not aware an M14 sight specific tool, are you referring to castle nut pliers like this...?
