I have a 1943 production Quality Hardware (one of the more rare manufacturers) M1 Carbine. It has a 1943 Rock-Ola barrel, which is period correct as Quality Hardware used Rock-Ola barrels. Marking is there, but very faint. Impossible to get in a photo. Lots of history here and in overall good condition. It is Blue Sky import marked on the barrel (see pic), so it came back from Korea which means possible service in Korean War, in addition to WW2. Stock has two (possible 3) re-arsenal markings, so it saw some action! Clear AAK on the right (see photo). There's an AA and a BG that are close together, so not sure if that is one or two re-markings (zoom in on the photo and you'll see what I mean). I'm not an M1 Carbine expert! Bore is still good & shiny with good grooves. Shoots good (i ran about 30 or so rounds through it in total). No rust, metal is in overall good condition, but with a rifle this age parkerizing is worn on it many locations. Just $1100 now! Will include sling and one GI (I believe WW2) 15 round magazine (if in Oregon). Buyer pays FFL transfer fees. I will come to Vancouver area for FFL transfer, but won't include the magazine given the new law up there. No shipping. Happy to answer other questions as I'm able to. thanks for looking!
