    These are my "funky street" version...hamburger, frozen peas/carrots/corn and tater tots. Yes, I am Filipino.

    Fish sauce and, yes, pancit. Adobo too...

    Add some Chamorro food: Chicken Kelaguen, Red rice, Coconut crab and a bowl of Finedine then we can have a nice fiesta!
