Jeeze I should buy a lottery ticket...I was in my garage refinishing an SKS carbine stock a few minutes ago and in a lull in the action I pulled out my old sea chest and looked inside. I found some powder, primers (always a good thing) and musket caps I had forgotten about, as well as some bullets and loaded ammunition.
I also found a full box of WESTERN SUPER X 357 MAGNUM 158 GR METAL PIERCING ammo. "The Western Lubaloy jacketed conical bullet is specially designed for penetration of light gauge metal such automobile bodies, for use by law enforcement agencies." etc. 'Muzzle Velocity 1410 ft./sec. Muzzle Energy 695 ft. lbs.' Both the box and the ammo are in great shape. I checked it out on the internet and it's worth a few bucks: to collectors anyway.
