lost custom Ruger 10/22 Estacada (memloose rd)

Please help!! Lost gun! I was up shooting with a friend and his son on Tuesday on Memloose Road. My friend accidentally place his son's ruger 10/22 on top of his truck canopy. It was in a Allen Green and Black soft case. It fell off somewhere on memloose rd. It is his son's pride and joy. If anyone has found it or knows someone that found it please help! He would give a cash reward if found!! You would not only be helping me, you would be helping a 10 year old boy!!!!

I usually do not like to involve the "authorities",but maybe if you report it,or at least threatened to,someone might not want to have it in their possession,and would be more inclined to "be a great guy"??

Take a look off the road on the corners that would have helped it slide off the top i bet its up there in a ditch on a corner

We actually went up and looked. Found where it had fallen off. There was an imprint of the gun case in the snow with foot steps up to it. So someone has it. =(

I would leave a sign where the rifle was lost explaining what happened. Hopefully there are still some good people out there.

You really should report it! If its found next to a corpse with 25 .22LR rounds in it, in a PDX bar parking lot you'r in the clear. Much less hassle!
Really hoping the young man gets his rifle back!
