Lopi Sturbridge free-standing direct vent gas fireplace, with blower and RF remote control/thermostat. $650 OBO

Made of cast iron, this compact little unit weighs about 140 pounds. It vents out the back, leaving the top unobstructed.
The manual lists approx 10,000 to 18,000 BTU, heating an area approx 850 square feet. Or you can use it for supplemental heat in a large room to take the chill off of boring forced air heat. It will also operate without electricity (without the blower or the remote thermostat), so it is perfect for when a winter storm takes out the power.
We purchased this stove new from Lisac's in October of 2005 when building our home. We recently removed it to remodel the room it was in, and no longer need it.
The stove is currently set up for LP (Propane) gas, but can be converted over to natural gas by getting the right parts from Lisac's or similar fireplace outfit.
24-1/2" tall, 20-3/4" wide, and 14" deep (plus an additional 5" out from the wall for clearance).

Price includes the outside horizontal wall vent/cap, interior thimble/trim piece, extra section of direct-vent pipe, can of touch-up paint for the stove, and all of the original manuals and paperwork (all pictured).
