Lopi berkshire natural gas fireplace with added blower and remote control.
Will run with no power in the event of a power outage.
In great condition just eliminated gas appliances in a remodel comes with an approx 4ft of exhaust pipe and black trim ring have not had a chance to get the vent blocked off in the roof so the roof vent will not be included.
These are extremely hard to find and very top of the line.
