Looking to purchase an AR and .22 conversion, need suggestions

Title says it all(most).
I'm looking to pick up a .223 AR15 but I want to mainly use it for .22.
(Yes I know you can buy a .22 style AR instead, but I'd like to have the option of firing .223 if I choose to)

I don't want to go with the cheapest option out there but I don't want to spend a ton.
Just looking to see what anyone suggests as well as maybe a place to buy it from? (Assuming online, stores are either no longer selling or out of stock)

I have no advice about the lower, they are pretty much all very similar except the roll mark.

If you want a dedicated 22LR upper, I'd go with one of these: <broken link removed>

I know you said you didn't want to spend a ton, so that would leave out the Spike's stuff <broken link removed> Even though it is on sale in December.
