Wholesale Sports has Ruger P95's for $309.99. That's about the best bang for your buck for an "inexpensive" 9mm. I just picked one up and shot a match with it Saturday. Just took it out of the box and cleaned it, zero issues with no break in period. You won't get anything used much cheaper.
