WTT OR Looking for Ruger 22/45 Picatinny rail trade 22lr ammo or buy , Salem area

Hello,
I am in need of a Picatinny type optic rail for my 22/45 target .
The Weaver base that comes with it will not allow my optic to sit level.
I think the light model or threaded versions come with this rail if you have one lying around.
I would like to trade a brick of Thunderbolt 22lr or buy for $25 cash in Salem area.
I would prefer a factory Ruger mount if possible.
