Hello
New to NW. Cannot find any reloading clubs like I have in mind, anywhere. If you know, please share.

Why a Club?
Apartment renters (like me) have no place to set up reloading gear (not legally allowed to store hazardous materials).

I don't think I am alone on this. Many of my range friends tell me they don't reload as renting too or have little kids with mom's who are not ready to give up the kids playroom.
Lots of military families who live on base where personal arms are not allowed.

With your help (feedback) I am planning to propose my club concept to my local shooting club.

On-site reloading facility: All the gear one needs to reload, prep and test. 20-1000 rounds per hour.

Not For Profit Club Benefits:
Training by Certified Instructors
No Gear to purchase, just consumables.
Full-time RSO (Reloading Safety Officer)
Fire Box Storage lockers for consumables
Range gear (Spotting Scopes, Chronometers, etc)

A PDF will be available where you can follow for more details about this concept, how it might work and status of the progress.

Thanks for your time.
