I'm hoping to find something used in/near Portland like a Millett or Ultradot with a 1" tube to mount on a Mini 30 using the 1" Ruger ranch mount rings shown below.
I've always appreciated the way my scope stays zeroed when I remove it and put it back on. Just want to try something different. Gotta be a 1" tube, and the wider guts in the middle need to be 2.5" long or less to fit between the rings.
Red and green dot would be even cooler, but I'll take what I can get that's cheap and local (as opposed to paying full price plus shipping to learn it's not a good match for the gun).
Not willing to switch to some other kind of mounting system, as I want to stay with the stock rings shown for a number of reasons. Thanks in advance for any leads.
