Looking for local gunsmith

I am looking for someone withing 25 to 75 miles from the clackamas area to do a re barrel on my model 700 300 RUM , right now it has a 1- 10 twist 26 inch heavy barrel on it , I want to go to a 30 inch carbon strait bull barrel with a 1-9 twist , if you are a gunsmith or know of one please let me know .
