For about $100-110 shipped you can get a New Frontier Arms complete polymer lower and then invest the rest in some stocks/bonds.... No wait, that'll take forever with our economy. But in all seriousness, if you're looking for cheap then I would look at a NFA Polymer Lower for around $100-110 shipped + $25 transfer & registration fees. After that, just save a bit and wait for a complete lower either used or on sale.
