Looking for a reliable Portland/Vancouver area gunsmith

I have all the parts to install a Skinner sight system on my Marlin 1894. I thought I would do it myself but decided that changing the front sight is beyond my very limited mechanical ability. So am looking for a gunsmith to do the whole job, preferably including bore-sighting.

You will get a ton of other people saying the same thing here.

He is an actual gunsmith and not a couple certs wannabe.

He is in Vancouver is a stand up guy.
