Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I actually came across a SCCY CDX-2 review and it piqued my interest. After reading the positives from many reviews and the pricing, I decided to try it. I will give a range report soon.

I recommend you to take "S&W 39", These types of Guns are feasible to carry.

I carry a Sig Saur P238 with Critical Defense Hornady's in it cocked and locked. Awesome firearm! I just ordered a Sig P938 last week. Virtually the same size and a step up on the power chart with the 9mm parabellum. Stick em in a Don Humes IWB holster and down the street I go.
