CCG does excellent work. I've been going to Les for 5-6 years now. He's a great guy and highly recommended especially if you want to stay in the Vancouver area. If you don't mind traveling a little Tim at @Velzey is also an excellent choice.

I would 2nd clark county gunsmithing, and NWcustom.
But I would also throw in Brimstone gunsmithing.
