Looking for a good smith

Good morning,

I'm hoping for some reputable gunsmith recommendations. Possible projects include:
Re-seat or reinforce of an original wooden stock on a 50s era sks.
Frontstrap checkering and finish on a 1911.
Slide milling for red dot on a CZ P-09.

I know the factory and Cajun Gunworks are options for the last two, buy if I can do it locally in the Portland/Vancouver Metro, I like to keep my money in the community when possible.
