Hey guys, I have a S&W 686+ that I would like to use while hiking. The problem is, I haven't been able to find a suitable holster. Hoping you can offer suggestions based on the following...

-Thigh rig (of any material) OR a belt holster (Leather only)
    -Some sort or retention strap
-While set up for cross-draw, still permits a comfortable draw with either hand (ie twist-draw)
-Will not interfere with or be hampered by wearing a backpack, preferably even one with a waist strap

I know it's kind of nit-picky, but that's what I'm looking for. If anyone has done something similar, or knows where to find it please chime in!

I think that might be what every double action revolver needs. ;) Buy me one while you're at it.

Awesome link, awesome product. Emailed the guy immediately after seeing the pictures of his holsters. Thanks Cwegga! I will get pictures posted as soon as I have it.
