Looking for a Good and Reasonably Priced Gunsmith - Suggestions?

I'm looking for a gunsmith in Oregon for a small job
and perhaps a bigger job.
First, I need a higher front sight on a 22 pistol. Got the pistol
and found that the replacement sight on the rear is higher than the
original rear sight. Even at it lowest setting the pistol shoot high
at 50 ft and really high further out. The fix is to install a higher front
sight. I pasted "lifts" on the front sight and have an idea of how high
the front sight must be to match the rear sight.
Second, need to find someone who can make and fit a barrel to an action.
Well, not eactly make a barrel, but "turn" a barrel to match the outer dimensions
of the current barrel. I can explain why if you are interested.

I have to rely on myself or shipping any problem guns afar.
The town I've called home for almost 35 years has gone from 4 gunsmiths to zero.
Sad really.
