I got the following info from Glock on 11/7/13. Obviously they haven't updated their info yet. Also, I don't see it listed, but the best deal is with the Seattle Police Athletic Association Range Shop. I am not sure who you are affiliated with but it maybe worth giving them a call. They have the lowest prices for the Blue Label line that I have found. Only problem they are out of stock til at least April. I have called others on this list and they do honor the Blue Label, but are not as low as Seattle Police, but they do have in stock items.
