looking for a FFL who accepts handgunds from non FFL in Vancouver ??

I am looking for a FFL transfer dealer who will accept guns from non FFL sellers. The guy I used to use retired and the guy I have been using refuses to accept from non FFL. He won't even supply me a copy of his FFL to send to the sellers. I can't even get his email address to send to the other guys FFL to get the deal completed. If the Other FFL doesn't have a fax number he won't send his info so the other party can send the gun. What a pain in the ***. If you know of a FFL who accepts from private sellers shoot me a PM so I can get the guns I have bought.

Southwest Washington surplus does transfers for 20 bucks. It's up to two guns per transfer also.
