The Gun Broker in Clackamas had at least one on Sunday when we were in.

Oh, and I forgot, Wholesale Sports (on SE 82nd) had them as my Brother in Law was looking at it on Saturday when we were there.

Any of the surplus stores should have the cheap, crappy ones. If you want a good one you'll need to look at the police/security supply stores like Blumenthals/5.11 on Barbur. You can get an ASP or Monandnock. Having owned a cheap one and used a name brand - if I buy another baton it'll be the name-brand baton. My china-made $20 army surplus store cheapy was a (@*$&(*& to close, and bent fairly easily.

My preference between the two would be the Monandnock
