main criteria is to have a fixed/pinned front sight block BUT also having an A1/A2 fixed carry handle upper would be nice too.

Del-Ton, PSA, etc is fine... not interested in overpriced Colts or other 'high end' stuff.

I have a post-ban Colt upper that I'd like to sell. I don't need a ton of money for it, but I'm not going to give it away either. If I thought that it's wasn't in your budget, I wouldnt have replied. The 16" barrel is not threaded. It has a fixed carry handle and the fixed pinned front sight. This upper is sans BCG and charge handle. I'm open to trades and or cash.
