Looking for Ruger's new SP 101 in 44 special. and saw a link that Taurus has a 44 double action so I followed that link. Oh, that sounds good. Then realized that I already have one. A 445 Ultra-Lite.
Still have to wait on the Ruger.

I would love to have one of the original 445's (preferably one of the Nickel versions). I've always heard they were great guns.
Would also like to have a Charter Arms Target Bulldog 44, with the 4.2" barrel and adjustable sights.
Either would make a nice a trail/camp gun.

I am going to look into that I would love to have a model 24 but most I find are way out of my range.

Quality does cost money.

I had a 3" blued bulldog back in the eighties. Even then ammo availability wasn't great, and I was a kid so I was swapping guns a lot.
