Haven't tried running long distances with it, but definitely useful while patrolling about the homestead.

The company with the boxer shirts also makes a t-shirt that works really well when your waist is exposed, like when wearing a vest or working out at the gym. I've concealed an XD-SC with it at the gym and an XDs is even easier. If football guy had used one of those t-shirts, that never would have happened.

Versacarry. They rock. I use one everyday.

The top j-hook goes over the waistband of the pants and whatever belt you are wearing. It's very hard to see. I have never had a mishap of any kind. I climb ladders, have fallen down stairs, etc and the thing stays put.
