I think the old landing strip at Fish Creek has some distance, but I've not been up there. You may need 4wd to get to it. It's out on 224 past Estacada. Hopefully someone else here can give more details.

Depends on what you are considering long range? That old airstrip isn't really appropriate for more than 100 yards. Being an airstrip both ends are pretty much open. I don't think you'll find a good solid back stop on an airstrip anywhere? If you were to set up at say 300 yds you won't really have an appropriate back stop. I believe you could set up at an angle to the strip and find 100 yds. Maybe 150?

I'd like to try to get at least 200-300 yards. I've been going out to estacada but there really isn't any long range sights out there that I've found, mostly just rock pits.
