Long range shooting - Any Lapua owners here?

if that's what you want then get it and shoot it. I got my first taste of the 338LM back in the late 80s on a RAI rifle. loved that round ever since. when you out grow that then you can always jump to the 338-408 Big Baer or one of the CheyTacs. The parameters for whats considered Extreme Long range continues to grow as new rounds defy what was considered impossible just decades ago. heck yeah jump on a 338LM when you can.
I already went through the barrel that came on my savage 338lm and had a custom barrel made for it but pushed the length back out to 29". when I can find a donor CZ Safari magnum receiver I will have a custom gun built for the caliber.
