I'm sorry, there sure is a story. It's about jack booted thugs terrorizing citizens and illegally taking their property. An "oops, we were wrong" at the end doesn't take away the fear when you're accosted by armed thugs masquerading as LEOs. Maybe it's OK in your world, but it sure isn't in mine!
