I'm looking for somewhere to do long range shooting (600 yards and further) out on the Olympic Penninsula. Hopefully there is something near Port Townsend, Port Angeles, The Olympic Rain Forest (I think shooting is prohibited in the park) or elsewhere out on the penninsula. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
Currently I am in the Tri-County (Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, in Oregon) area and can shoot 600 yards at Tri-county gun club, or 600, 800, 900, and 1000 at Douglas Ridge Rifle club. But I am looking to shoot somewhere on the Olympic Penninsula.
If you know of any long distance ranges in Northwest Washington, please let me know.
