Locking a thread

Why cant people lock there threads after there item has sold? They can go in and edit the thread, but for the life of them they cant lock it. I know that the people reading this are not the ones responsible but maybe they can do something about it. that ia all, rant over and have a great evening.

I think Joe Link should make reading the "close thread" tutorial mandatory before placing an add.

It's pretty easy,just in case you're wrong and those guys are reading this,

Go to edit,go advanced,go to bottom and check CLOSE THREAD.
And I'm kinda slow on the computer.
