You say the box is unopened.... so that is not the actual rifle? I ask because the rifle pictured has the older metal trigger assembly and the one in the box is probably plastic.

you are correct, i just grabbed a picture off the internet, didnt look at the trigger gaurd, sorry about that, but yes its brand new a little over a week old, was just showing a picture that was very close looking to the one in the box
