Probably futile, but I really want a 1911. For trade I have a Smith & Wesson M&P .40 and 430 rounds of new Winchester ammo.
The pistol has about 20 rounds through it and otherwise mint. Willing to toss in cash for the right 1911
I have a springfield armory 1911-a1 loaded. go to their website and see if you like it. It's the parkerized model. here is a link to it. http://www.springfield-armory.com/armory.php?version=4 they go for 800.00 if you can find a good deal. I am sure we could work out a fair deal. let me know.
Here are some pictures. The finish wear is very minor, I just want to be honest regarding condition. I have a few extras for it. The full length guide rod it comes with is a PITA to take off so this also comes with a traditional 1911 rod. I also have a Hogue grip for it. It's kinda hard to think about letting it go now that I am looking at it again. I did a little research on the m&p. These are going for 425.00-450.00 all day on gunbroker.com. My loaded is going for 800-1000.00 There are a few in the 800.00 range so let's go with that. I am valuing my pistol with extras at 850.00. I went to ammoseek.com and priced out the same ammo you have. It's going for .31 a round. There is less expensive ammo available but I priced what you have. So I am coming up with 133.30 for your ammo + 450.00 for your pistol = 583.30 trade value. Do you have any extra magazines? Or any thing else to go with it? Let me know if you think my assessment is fair. And take a look at the pics.
