Its not a buttstock, its an arm brace. If it had a buttstock it would be a SBR/NFA item, This is a pistol. Have you been living under a rock?

No, The ATF said that if you intended one to be a butt stock and you used it as such they might charge you with having an unregistered SBR It is completely legal to be used as intended
