I'm pretty interested in jumping into the AR-world, been looking at an LMT Piston AR. Has anyone had experience and/or seen postings/info on how those are doing long-term with lots of rounds (5k, 10k, 15k) through them?

    thanks

(Please don't send me DI vs. Piston arguments, I'm definitely getting a piston operated one. After all, I'm an AK and FAL guy!)

Google it...they have a major government contract. Many civilian contractors use them overseas as their primary weapon. I'm sure their ARs are one of the best in the business.

Not a fan of piston ARs, but if I did ever get a piston AR, it would be an LMT.

PS, buy an anti-carrier-tilt buffer too.
