There's no "list" that I know of.

Maybe more specifics of the kind of "semi auto receiver" you referring to might help?

Some smith's have specifics that they are extremely proficient in. Others, not so much.

It might help narrow your search.

Luxemburg FN49 in 30.06, that has been bent. Not sure how, I picked it up this way. Need to assess and repair (if fixable) back to functional state.

FN49's can be finicky at times. I would strongly advise this not be repaired. Bent back into shape and fired it can fracture and rapidly disassemble itself.
replace the receiver
