Mailed it in for a minor adjustment to the crosshairs. I noted on the return that I did not want a replacement scope if they were unable to fix it. They did not see the complete warranty instructions and destroyed it and sent me a new scope. I thought it was odd they wouldn't call if they were unsure what I wanted, but they said they had never had anyone upset with their lifetime warranty. I was pretty upset given the circumstance, I would have bought a new scope if that's what I wanted.
