The scope is in excellent condition and shows very little sign of use. I can't even see rings marks on the tube. It has been set back to it's optical center and is ready to zero in.
As stated, it has the M1 turrets (1/4 MOA clicks) and Mil Dot reticle. It comes with the original box (matching serial number) and paperwork and the Butler Creek flip-ups were never used (I used the Alumina version). $975 shipped.
