Homemade stock, or what?

That is the sling run across the buttstock. Not sure why they do it.
I thought it was worth posting because of the grenade launcher. GP-25 I think.

Keeps the sling out of the way and prevents snagging.

I wrap the sling around my AK when it's in the safe. So it doesn't snag when I go to take out a different gun. Don't walk around with it that way, though.
Maybe I need to get more hip, like that Afghan dude...

it is gun not purse. Transport? Is okay to use sling. On ground? Is not purse.

Those are in high demand these days. Nice lineup. I have several Arsenals, but didn't manage to snag a CR before it was too late.

I passed on a 107cr a few years back at $900, with the upcoming ban I worked a trade to get one as it was the last AK I wanted.

What picatinny adapter did you use for the folder to use the alpha stock?

It's a 4.5mm JMAC 100series picatinny adapter.

I'm currently, in my free time(whenever that is) working on producing 5.5mm pic adapters. I already made the 2d drawing and solidworks already made. Just waiting on this BS in olympia to blow over before I shop around for shops with 5 axis' to do it. I'd have my shop do it, but we only have 4 axis

I believe jmac makes 5.5 as well.
I've also used the PSA one for non 100 series. A lot of fitting and working was always required if not on a PSA

Have you had any overgassed issues with your SAM5? There has been many sent into Arsenal for overgassing issues causing the internals smashing themselves to death. There is a long thread on the AK Files about it.
