Based on the fact it has horizontal hashes out to 12m, it would appear to be the CMR-W 7.62 reticle. The 5.56 version only goes out to 9m on the lower rows.

Leupold has a generic image for both the 7.62 and 5.56 CMR-W on their website. I managed to find a couple of photos of the actual reticles to come to my conclusion.

Only sure way would be to call Leupold with the serial number and ask them. They don't put the model number on the body anywhere.
