Oregon Left Oregon, but still need an Oregon CHL

I dunno why MultCo is getting so much hate here, obtaining, transferring, and renewing my CHL has been painless. Other than the initial license I've done it all by mail and had <1 week turnaround times.

And I've heard it's easier for nonresidents to obtain permits here than in so-called 2A Sanctuary County Columbia County so... yeah the politics of the county commission has 0 bearing on how efficient the sheriff's office is.
