Looks like this, except it's for 45 ACP.
It's just around 30 years old and has a little surface rust from storage. AFAIK the cutter blade has never actually cut anything.
Truth be told, these are kind of useless for standard 45 ACP, I have never found one long enough to trim, but it would work great* for making 45 Super cases from 308s.
Trade for 200 small pistol primers (that's about +/- $6.00, right?)
