I'm pretty sure they have to have an FFL to take possession.So the guy I'm thinking of usually has a retention dimple.
That guy has nice stuff tho I wanted to get it custom.
As for transfers you usually don't have to do paper work for a cerakote job and gun Smithing
If anything this guy is an old timer and definitely wouldn't care about that
